Who's who in the SES office?

Keiley O'Neill

Permanent Desk

Keiley joined us in April 2007 after relocating to the area from the Midlands, bringing with her 5 years of recruitment experience with Hudson, one of the world’s leading recruiters with offices worldwide.
Keiley’s background is within Administration and prior to joining Hudson she worked as a PA at senior level for large corporate companies. Working on the Commercial desk at SES means Keiley is able to assist candidates with a similar background and is able to advise them and offer career advice using her own personal experiences. Keiley’s knowledge also helps when understanding clients' requirements having worked within similar environments and knowing exactly what skills or personality traits they require. Outside work, Keiley’s main passion is her dog – a Weimeraner called Blue and can often be found walking with her along Teignmouth beach. Her hobbies also include exploring the Devon coast and countryside with her husband and watching football, particularly Aston Villa FC.

Liana Gaston

Commercial Temp Desk

Liana joined us in December 2006 after 4 years managing the restaurant at Wyevale Garden Centre. Liana’s mature and adaptable approach ensures that we continue to build on the strong relationships we already have with our clients and our candidates. When Liana’s not in the office she enjoys being green fingered and creative, both indoors and out. Her hobbies also include spoiling her niece, and washing her car!

Hayley Ellis

Front of House Administrator

Hayley joined us in July 2007 having completed her A’ levels at Kenicott. Hayley’s customer service experience gained through the hospitality industry ensures everyone is greeted in a friendly and professional manner and in a way that we hope will put all our visitors at ease. Hayley is a regular competitor in the show jumping arena with her horse Max.

Helen Watson

Client Services Director

Helen has worked at all levels in a wide range of businesses from City based solicitors through to the telecoms and electronics market bringing with her a wide range of sales and customer service delivery expertise . Her experience has been gained through working for large corporate businesses, including BT and Sitel Corporation, through to running her own telemarketing business. She has also experienced the redundancy process first hand so can empathise with applicants who have also experienced this. Out of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her husband and beloved Parson Jack Russell Max – plus reading a good novel.

Maggie Atkinson

Managing Director

Responsible for the financial aspect of the business, Maggie’s background covers a wide range of varied environments including Channel 4 Television and also the House of Commons while in London. More locally her experience comprises Teignbridge District Council, South West Water and Business Link where she played a key role in setting up Business Link Torbay. Outside work Maggie is a founder member of the River Teign Rowing Club and enjoys rowing, swimming, walking and helping her husband keep the garden under control.
