That’s why we take the extra time to work with our clients and applicants to match the dynamics of the client, the vacancy and the applicant to ensure that we don’t just fill a vacancy but provide a lasting solution.
This means that the applicant has the confidence to develop and the company has the confidence to develop the applicant, knowing that the right person is in the right job. We like to visit the client where possible to get the complete picture not only of the vacancy, but also the company environment and the profile of the ideal person to fill it. We then interview all the potential interviewees to find the right fit.
To ensure that we can satisfy the client’s needs, we belong to TEAM, the employment agency movement, a nationwide group of like minded recruiters to enable us to search throughout the country to provide the right person. However, we would rather not fill a vacancy than send an unsuitable person for interview.
By working together with applicants and clients we ensure that the client doesn’t have to sift through inappropriate applications and the applicants can attend an interview with the confidence that they are competent to do the job. This month’s SES Star Candidate is Sue Doidge. Sue's past career history is tremendously varied. Past jobs have included many years working as a police constable, experience as an office manager, as well as enjoying many years as assistant manager of a hotel.
She has taken on numerous roles with us and shows the same dedication and hard work to each job. Our clients always ask for Sue back and we are hoping to now find Sue a permanent job where she can really show off her skills.
