Xenia, is a true Devonian, going to school and living in Totnes, now working in Newton Abbot. When she left school she realised the importance of excellent customer service, and decided to get a qualification in customer service and administration.
Xenia originally came to us as a temp, and received so much complimentary feedback from clients whilst working here, that we invited her to join SES, full time, as Front of House Administrator. Xenia has, of course, brought a calm, efficient charm to a hectic job... and the complimentary feedback from clients and candidates continues.
Xenia enjoys spending time with her husband, Kristian. To relax they walk their gorgeous chocolate Labrador, Dylan, in the local woods – but, being a wimp, Dylan will only paddle in the river!

Managing Director
Helen has worked at all levels in a wide range of businesses from City based solicitors through to the telecoms and electronics market bringing with her a wide range of sales and customer service delivery expertise .
Her experience has been gained through working for large corporate businesses, including BT and Sitel Corporation, through to running her own telemarketing business. She has also experienced the redundancy process first hand so can empathise with applicants who have also experienced this.
Helen enjoys spending time with her husband and beloved dogs Max and Minnie – plus reading a good novel.
Helen is the TEAM Regional Director for the South West.

Director
Brian joined us in October 2008 after spending over thirty years in business, working mainly in sales and marketing. After spending ten years as the UK General Manager of a multinational electronics company, he and Helen moved to Devon where for the past seven years he has been providing advice for SMEs of all sizes. Brian has joined SES to assist with business development and is also available to provide a business advice service to clients.
Brian is a Governor at one of the local schools and an active member of various local business networking groups.
Brian enjoys walking with Helen and their dogs Max and Minnie, group indoor cycling and cooking.

Accounts and Payroll
Leigh-Anne joined the team in December 2009. She began her career in accountancy a year after completing her A Levels in 1988 and did her training with Deloitte and Touche. Once she had qualified she formed her own company and took on many clients of her own in a wide range of businesses, which has helped her to gain invaluable experience over the years.
Jackie joined the team in October 2010 as Account Manager for one of our major clients. Jackie comes from a customer service/sales administration background and has worked in such roles for the past fifteen years.
She has always lived in Newton Abbot and has an extensive knowledge of the Teignbridge area and its people.
Jackie enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, and takes pleasure from walking the South West Coast Path and cycling in the local countryside.
Outside of work, Kandi has strong links with local football club Buckland FC where her son Perry plays. Although she is a qualified L1 football coach, being an enthusiastic mother, Kandi has been banned from offering advice! She loves the sun (don’t we all!) and walking her beautiful Springer Spaniel, Rossi.
Kandi’s motto is ‘You are only here once, make the most of it and smile’.

Steve is our Senior Recruitment Consultant dealing with Permanent placements and senior roles. Steve has worked extensively in the Recruitment Industry in a career extending to over 10 years experience. During this time he has had a number of senior positions and covered many different aspects of Recruitment, which gives him a well rounded perspective on all the many roles he Recruits for.
Steve is a relative newcomer to the area, having re-located from Leicester. He lives locally with his wife Kate and their three lively boys Seb, Cade and Eli, who are all enjoying the fabulous benefits of being in Devon.

Alasdair has worked extensively in Training, Development and Recruitment for over 20 years. He spent 12 years working for a major global travel group, heading up their vocational and internal training functions. He went on to run his own successful Recruitment business before selling to a national player in 2008. He has worked in Consultancy, helping business to develop their potential as well as in the Third Sector developing both Social Enterprises and Employability programmes.
Alasdair has two grown-up children Scott and Jenna and is currently renovating a Grade 2 listed property where he lives with his partner Bridie, her two children and of course Hamish the cat.
