Keiley joined us in April 2007 after relocating to the area from the Midlands, bringing with her 5 years of recruitment experience with Hudson, one of the world’s leading recruiters. Keiley’s background is within Administration and prior to joining Hudson she worked as a PA at senior level for large corporate companies.

Outside work, Keiley enjoys spending time with her husband and little girl Lara and walking her dog – a Weimeraner called Blue. She is also a big fan of Aston Villa FC.

Hayley Ellis

Industrial Temp Desk

Hayley joined us in July 2007 after completing her A levels at Kenicott. She initially joined as our Front of House Administrator, greeting everybody in a friendly and professional manner and putting our visitors at ease. After working closely with the team and building her knowledge of the recruitment industry, Hayley has now progressed working on our Industrial desk where she continues to thrive.

Outside of work, Hayley is a regular competitor in the show jumping arena with her horse Max.

Helen Watson

Client Services Director

Helen has worked at all levels in a wide range of businesses from City based solicitors through to the telecoms and electronics market bringing with her a wide range of sales and customer service delivery expertise . Her experience has been gained through working for large corporate businesses, including BT and Sitel Corporation, through to running her own telemarketing business. She has also experienced the redundancy process first hand so can empathise with applicants who have also experienced this.  Helen has recently been appointed TEAM Regional Director for the South West. 

Out of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her husband and beloved dog Max – plus reading a good novel.

Brian Watson

Director

Brian joined us in October 2008 after spending over thirty years in business, working mainly in sales and marketing. After spending ten years as the UK General Manager of a multinational electronics company, he and Helen moved to Devon where for the past seven years he has been providing advice for SMEs of all sizes. Brian has joined SES to assist with business development and is also available to provide a business advice service to clients.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys walking with Helen and their dog Max, group indoor cycling and cooking.

Leigh-Anne

Accounts and Payroll

Leigh-Anne joined the team in December 2009.  She began her career in accountancy a year after completing her A Levels in 1988 and did her training with Deloitte and Touche.  Once she had qualified she formed her own company and took on many clients of her own in a wide range of businesses, which has helped her to gain invaluable experience over the years.
